SPA POLICIES
Please note that when you book with our spa that you agree to our terms and conditions listed in our policies and agreements.
DEPOSIT
A 50% Deposit is required to secure all appointments.
LATE POLICY
If you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment we will have to cancel and process a late fee.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel after the 24 hour mark you will be charged 50% of the service.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
If you cancel after the 24 hour mark you will be charged 50% of the service.
YOU CANNOT RESCHEDULE UNTIL THIS FEE IS PAID.
LASH POLICY
We do not provide refills over another technician's work. If you still choose to book we will have to cancel.
